From E1 to E5 is for the work of foreign migrant workers who have filed for documentation and received an offer of employment either for a position in the United States or professionally with exceptional abilities and a certificate from a laboratory accredited by the Ministry of Labor. These work visas are not granted to international students.

TN1 visa


TN11 is granted to Canadian citizens who receive preferential treatment to enter the United States through the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). TN1 visa is granted for one year but can be renewed indefinitely. Usually granted immediately on the Canadian border, it is one of the most effective ways for Canadians to enter the United States and work (as long as they work for a specific employer).
