Are you looking to learn more about clean energy and the possibility of a career in this growing industry? The New York State Clean Energy Internship program will give you hands-on experience in companies with green missions that range from energy efficiency to alternative transportation to wind. If selected by a clean energy company to participate, you will work as a paid intern and expand your knowledge and skill-set.

Students will be required to meet one of the following eligibility requirements:
Students attending or having attended a college or university located in New York State within the last calendar year;
A New York State resident attending or having attended a college or university outside of New York State within the last calendar year; or
An 18- to 24-year-old participating in a work preparedness training program such as Board of Cooperative Educational Service (BOCES), technical high schools, AmeriCorps NCC, the Excelsior Conservation AmeriCorps, etc.
Note that internships for out-of-state students must take place during the summer session.
